Everyone on my team were very hands on. My phone calls were answered or at least returned in a timely manner. Late night text messages were answered as well. My wife and I put an offer in on our home on April 8th and closed just yesterday (May 25th). A very quick turn of events and the attention to detail with the team, allowed us to purchase such a beautiful home in sunny Florida.

The only item that was concerning was at one point I needed to remove the finance contingency and it was difficult to contact anyone to determine whether it was okay to do so. Otherwise the experience was great.
Veterans United did a outstanding job. The portal and application is easy to use. Great to have the application ready to go wherever, the mobile experience is outstanding. Ability to pull up a document or reference one is seamless. The quick videos and explanations are a great addition. The experience was great but most important is the talented team I had. The process was so easy. I absolutely loved being able to just be told what to sign and it being readily available on the portal. I felt like I could ask any questions I needed to, no matter how silly it might be. It was amazing how quick everyone worked as well. Stephanie explained everything in great detail. When I was worried about anything Stephanie made sure that I understood what was going on, and how things worked. I absolutely loved working with everyone!!
Company was great to work with. There were some communication issues but nothing that didn't get cleared up immediately.
