I would give it a 10, but there was quite a bit of back-and-forth due to the underwriters demands. Notwithstanding, my loan officer, Kapil, did his level best to run interference and was able to make everything work.
My entire experience with veterans united and the team assigned to me honestly could not have gone better. At a time where my life was in a really difficult place they absolutely made this the least stressful it possibly could’ve been. I am extremely grateful. Kenny and Matt were so kind and Honestly felt like a huge support system for me and my son in a hard time.

Honestly, remove the "super duper secure" line when asking people to verify their identity when using the app... It's embarrassingly childish (at least to me)

Where other loan officers were evasive or unresponsive, Tim and his team were prompt, clear, and consistent every step of the way.He was extremely patient, took the time to explain everything in detail, and never hesitated to answer my many (many!) questions. I would recommend, There is only 1 issue. it is my understanding the HELOC could have been kept open by filling a form. we where unaware that the HELOC would close, we didnt want it to close. We will work this out with that company. However all things considered, the speed and everything , Nicole was great and I would highly recomend.
