This is my first time working with Abigail and my second time working with Matt. When Matt reaches out to you, it’s not just as a provider/client relationship. He truly cares about what you’re going through in life and adjust it to help you to the best of his ability figure out a way to afford the house that you want to get into. Abigail was always timely in her responses and very easy to contact. She was a very nice individual every time that I communicated with her.I know there’s other options out there, but I will always go back to veterans United as long as Matt is still working there. Everyone seemed to know what they needed to do to help, but I’m still confused as to who was doing what. I was consistently getting calls and messages from different people all doing different things so it’s hard to say what was actually needed and what wasn’t. There were times when my questions were going to the wrong person because I just didn’t understand what was going on.
Mike, Shane and Neisha were very professional, resilient, proactive and reliable. I would gladly recommend their services to my fellow Marines and Shipmates in the future.
