Everything was fine for the most part. The only concern I had was some of the paperwork didn’t get updated until the last minute. This led to confusion over us providing a down payment, which needed more paperwork. This all occurred after cleared to close and led to delays in the final underwriting process. It did not affect our final timeline, but definitely added more stress at the end.
Mike, Shane and Neisha were very professional, resilient, proactive and reliable. I would gladly recommend their services to my fellow Marines and Shipmates in the future.
