I worked with 4 different financial institutions shopping rates and Craig with veterans united was the only one who consistently reached back to me and made working with veterans united a breeze! Not to put names out there but the 2 big names is military banking and insurance were always slow to respond and would have delayed my closing date due to their lack of review and response speed. Very glad to have worked with this company.

The team overlooked names on accounts related to closing cost funds, asked the same questions multiple times to which I had to respond with the same answers over and over. The team handling my loan seemed to be unorganized and not communicating well with each other.

As a USMC Veterans, I have been trying to purchase a home for a long time. No matter what I tried it seemed like there were too many doors getting closed on us. Veterans United has been totally the opposite of those other Veterans friendly groups. They guided me and gave me all the information I needed to qualify for a new home. From day one I was treated like a family member and was give the upmost attention. From the time I was introduced to a local realtor to the day we were given the keys, my family and I were taken care of.
I am a founder of a local Veterans group in our community and currently serving as its President. They have been a blessing to my family and want to make sure their family is taken care of too.
