We actually had gone to another loan servicer prior to using VU and we didn't have a good experience. We tried VU based on recommendations from family who have used them previously and praised their experience there. From start to finish everyone was very professional, quick to answer our questions thoroughly, and even got us a housewarming gift. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Veterans United. Every process we went through and had to endure went very smoothly. I had quite a few hiccups throughout the process of trying to close on two houses, but the team did an excellent job of getting me through all of it.
The team working with us was so patient and straight forward….we had a complicated situation and they never left us guessing and we knew they had our backs throughout the whole process. 10/10 recommend!
