It was a good experience for this Buyer. He was frustrated at times over the amount of documentation that was needed, but I had told him this would happen and that we would have a closing where his only concern was moving. Good experience for him.
From start to finish this was one of the smoothest house buying experiences ever. VA loans tend to be a little more work, but I never felt that this time around. I feel confident that it had everything to do the the team I was working with. I would highly recommend Veteran's United.
