This is our first VA loan, and I've heard horror stories from people about their experiences with various lenders. The experience with VU could not have been more different than that. I have told countless people about our experience and how impressed I was. We set an aggressive closing date in our offer on the house, and we still could have closed a week earlier if the seller had been finished moving. I couldn't be happier.
This is my second time using Veterans United, specifically, Tim Wuest and I will never use anyone else!

We couldn’t be more appreciative of Matt, Kayla and the rest of the team. They were genuinely on our side throughout the process and really seemed as if they wanted the best for us. They were supportive every day, answered all of our questions, explained everything we didn’t fully understand, and continued to reach out throughout the entirety (and even after) the process. We could not recommend them more!
We counted on our real estate agent to be truthful and honest with us since we could not physically be there to purchase our home so we bought our home based off of her eyes her opinions, her thoughts, and the pictures and videos. She showed us, and we were totally screwed over big time.
