The entire team was fantastic. I cannot image working with any other company moving forward. Polite, well informed and willing to do everything in the process. They took absolutely all of the stress out of buying a home, which was incredible.
Do not use Veterans United. It used to be a good company but now they have employed idiots who can't do math, asks for irrelevant or non-existent information as well as information they have no busi ess asking, and has poor communication skills.

Buying a home is a very scary experience, if you will, after so many years of renting as we had planned on renting for the rest of our lives, and then all of a sudden the landlord gives 15 homes the notice you have 28 days to move out or buy as he was changing his plans after he had told us all a couple years ago that we never had to worry he had no intention of ever selling the homes. Moving can be very expensive, there were/are no homes in the area to rent and or to buy. Mind you we are in our late 70's. So at our age we had to look for a loan and Veterans United came to our rescue and approved our loan. We were approved within a week it helps to have a very good credit rating. Thank You VUHL
