I just want to thank everyone that made this possible. At times we would be so defeated but Ryan and Rob always us feel like a priority and I think we would have given up on the whole process without them. Overall Veterans United is a great company to go through for VA loans. Additionally the relationship that they have with the building company that we bought our house from ultimately resulted in us receiving very large incentives which greatly assisted us with the final pricing, interest rate, and monthly payments. I would recommend Veterans United to anyone I know who is wanting to use a VA loan to buy a house.

Exceptional service. The communication was awesome and the response times were very timely.
Horrible experience, veterans united waited literally till 1 hr before closing to get all I formation to title company or to let us know ow closing cost.
The loan officer Jack Burris was worthless. He would not return calls to either me or the title company or realtor. I have learned this is his normal level of service. If it was not for a new hire named Mrs Fuller we would not have been able to close. She did a great job with being new and obviously left out to dry by Jack Burris.
