The Veterans United team were there with us every step of the way and very responsive in guiding/supporting/engaging us through all planing that went into making home ownership possible. It would have been beneficial for the team to communicate more effectively with me and in a timely manner as the closing date neared. I believe it would have been most helpful to require more substantial proof of eligibility early on in the home buying process since my situation was unique. Overall, I had a great experience.
