It was wonderful. The entire process was seamless. Everyone involved genuinely cared. They were very personable and professional. I never felt like a number or that I was being helped by a number. In addition to Stephen, Elizabeth was wonderful too! Everyone I worked with in the process was exceptional and patient with me. Anytime I had questions, there was always someone available to assist me or explain in a way I understood. Getting to complete a lot of the process online was nice. Having the option to communicate through text allowed me to keep process moving even though I am busy working during the day.
