If I could I would give everyone involved in my home buying experience a 1000. They were all so friendly and supportive. They are a great bunch. If I was to start a lending office I would do everything in my power to get them all to come work for me.
This team was amazing! The vibe definitely embodies that same feeling of a military family. I loved how they remembered my son’s birthday, and his nickname, and sent him a gift! They have great attention to detail and they were always on point. I have already been recommending them to folks.
Made home buying experience easy. We had a few hiccups with our credit history. Our loan officer Tim Spears guided us through the whole process
. Was always available to help us out. He wants to help other veterans get the best home for their family. The whole VU team were very professional and the process was smooth. Communication was outstanding and they got us a decent rate in today's crazy market. 10/10 recommend.

The last bit I couldn’t understand or comprehend was the POA wording and why it became an issue. We set up the POA in advance because I was leaving the country for work and subsequently leaving the country on a family vacation less than 24 hours after my return. I was foggy on those details on the wording. I know y’all got it squared away for the closing to get funded. Why wasn’t this caught in advance. We gave the team plenty of time to review things prior to Rieko signing the documents on the 7th. Can you all please elaborate on this? I am not upset by any means it got taken care of. I just would like to know for my peace of mind. Thanks again for all your help. You all are the best that’s out there.-Marc

Quick and painless process to refinance

The number of times I had to contact my loan team regarding our home deposit was frustrating. Once things were handed from our loan officer to the loan coordinator, things really went downhill. He literally never responded to emails and I felt ridiculously out of the loop. We had such a fantastic experience with Veterans United the first time...this time, not so much. Unfortunately, I don't think I would choose VU next time.
The team was outstanding. Very much appreciated and enjoyed working with them.
We all worked as a team very well to the end and we the homebuyers never felt abandoned…thank you!
