This is the second home we purchased through Veterans United. We came back to them after our first home purchase because it was so seamless. This time was a bit more work, but not because of VU. Mortgage requirements change so this purchase required more documentation. They were there for us and helped us through it all. Doug was great and explained everything well. Jeff was also very helpful and kept us informed at each stage of the process. Jenny, the concierge, called and checked on us throughout the process and regularly asked if she could help with anything. We will certainly be back if ever we purchase again. This is my first time ever having to deal with so much of things that needed to be taken care of. normally veterans took care of it, and the loan officer, whoever it was always took care of the necessary paperwork, and chased after the things that needed to get done all in all working with Veterans United. It’s something new, something that I’m not used to but all things work out good I would work with Veterans United again y’all a bunch of good people

Second time I used veterans United both times were very productive. The people who you have working there are very knowledgeable and helpful always available for assistance
I started this process last June. I applied through a different lender first but they didn’t pre-approve me for anything close to what VU did. When I put the other lenders quotes side by side with VU quotes, VU was around $200 less a month. When I first contacted VU, after about 5 minutes of talking and looking up my records they approved me on the spot over the phone. They had to build the house and then it was just a waiting game. With the interest rates in the mid 8’s, I was starting to get worried that I might get priced out of the home. I talked to Aaron a few times and expressed my concerns to him about the high interest rates and he told me not freak out that they would come down by closing time and they did. It’s my first time being a homeowner and I must say the process went smooth without any problems. It was an overall memorable experience and I just want to say Thank You.
