Don't use United Veterans, they start out excellent and then totally abandon the buyer! They tell you one thing and then the prices becomes very stressful. I'm sorry, I was informed all I needed to close was verification of funds in the account. Well, I then needed another HO policy, payoff letters/statements all the day before closing. Needless to say, I closed 3 days later with no call from the team... They texted my realtor. 🤔 It was stressful as I had my belongings in an U-haul truck for 4 days and no one offered to pay the costs. My blood pressure went up, but TGBTG I'm finally in my home.

As first time home buyers, the process seemed to go extremely smooth. Everyone that we told about our journey was surprised that there weren't any hiccups and it went as smooth as it did. We were even able to close within a day of our original closing date, and that being said we probably could have closed on the original date. All in all, we are very pleased with the team we had, and veterans United. If we ever decide to buy again, we know who to call.
