( Don't eat the brown ones. taste like liver) There are a lot of houses out there but not as many as you would think that could meet Veterans United standards. We got lucky when we got Kristen, Phillip, Adrianne and the rest of the team to help make a dream I have had for 15+ years come true. it's been a long 15 years in more ways than one or that I can explain here. I have never had a better customer service experience. I had an entire team at my disposal that answered questions quickly after I asked them. I felt like I was part of VU's family and loved the support. Lastly, at closing, my title agency and agent both stated that I had the best interest rate they had seen in 8 months. Glad Aaron and his team were there for us in our first home buy.
Everyone was great. The one thing I feel need to be worked on is the response time of the underwriter just took so long for certain things to get done and for a response, but I understand the work that is needed.
