I applied on a whim. I didn’t think we would actually be moving this quickly, but I’m very grateful that Veterans United was so persistent in reaching out and speaking with me. I was difficult to get ahold of in the beginning. But after that, it was quick and easy, and we couldn’t believe we were moving through everything so quickly! We were approved and looking for a house before I could blink, and we found it. It is definitely our Forever Home!

My loan officer, Steve Schuh is an absolute rockstar, and is always available for a call for any advice or questions…..even when he’s vacationing (sorry again Steve!). Jay Christman went above and beyond when it came to helping me close on my home. A last minute closing cost was cut down due to Jay and my realtor coming together and pitching in to cut down most of the cost for me. Jay didn’t have to step in and help out like he did but it goes to show how far he is willing to help out. I highly recommend working with Jay and Veteran’s United.
This is the second home I’ve bought working with veterans united. Much like the last time the home buying experience was mostly stress free and the agents were so helpful every step of the way. 10/10 would use again and definitely recommend to any vet looking to buy their home.
