This was my first home and I admittedly didn't have a clue what I was getting into. Jake basically held my hand through the process and didn't seem bothered when I had to put things on hold to be financially ready. It wasn't long before I got familiar with the rest of my team. Jacinda, LaSar, Anne, and Max were exceptional. They are patient and kind and informative. Every step was made a thousand times simpler with them. If I had questions, they had answers. If I was confused, they broke it down for me. I could have drowned doing this on my own, but they kept me afloat. Words don't, or rather can't express my appreciation for my team. I love you guys/gals so much! Thank you for helping me buy my first home. Your hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed. The journey has been wonderful.
