I would suggest… better initial response. Better interactions with the actual loan offer. It wasn’t until I talked to another company that VU became interested in assisting us. And yes I moved this transaction along very quickly; Janaire was a SAINT in assisting me! She was the star of our refinance! She called every step of the way after I requested it. I had many questions and she helped every time.

WOW!!!!! I don't know where to start!!!! We put a contract on the home of our dreams on March 18th ....April 18th we were in closing!!!!! That is unheard of in my book. but these wonderful people got it done. I can never thank them enough for what they did for us. They all were a pleasure no hassle group to get the job done. I still can’t believe how easy Veterans United made this process. We closed on our home in just a matter of weeks. This is the second time I've utilized Veterans United and have been very satisfied with what they did for my family and I. Even though we had a huge headache this time around with a property we wanted (not their fault, the sellers), they came through quickly when we put an offer down on a new place and we were able to close quickly without a hitch!
