Our whole Veteran's United team was overly patient and super responsive to us througout our long house hunt that took nearly a year. Reed, our loan officer was always available to answer our questions and when we finally found our house the whole team helped us get clear to close in under 30 days. This is our second time working with Veteran's United and we highly recommend them to all of our friends.
I would recommend Veterans United to anyone looking to buy a home that is a veteran. I felt completely satisfied with the whole process beginning to end and they were easy to communicate with.
I have never encountered a level of expertise, professionalism, in a team such as the Veterans United team. We had very good times sharing moments with the team throughout the entire home purchase process and we really appreciate all the comunication we had.
We definately will recommend their services to every one needing a team.
Occasionally I have to police myself and the language they use. I suppose this would be one of those times All I can say about the VU family is exactly that, they are family.....
Further they do everything they can for you above and beyond call of duty.
Everyone was friendly and professional. They did a great job to keep me in the loop with all the unique aspects of a VA loan and helping me understand the nuances of the loan. Fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend Veterans United to others after this experience.
Veterans United is awesome to work with.
Wish we would have had Chris Primmer whole time. Multiple people made it confusing sometimes.
Bridgette definitely lacked training, often giving us incorrect information. She requested documentation we didn't need and then when confronted with it, she always said we misunderstood. She was a thorn in our side during this loan process. I definitely would not go with Veteran's United again.
I recommend Veterans United to any of my fellow veterans!
Top-notch team! Very supportive and knowledgeable about the real estate, loan processing, and transitioning. Purchasing a new construction home out of state is challenging because you can’t QA the process of the home in various stages. My realtor was my eyes and ears and kept me abreast on the status of my home.
Wonderful experience! I will.be recommending Veterans United
To the rest of the team a special thank I believe goes out to Laura taking the time to iron some of the not so common issues that credit building history can possibly generate. I'm not expert or even moderately understand the "in's and out's" of credit reports but I am absolutely glad Laura does. I thank her for her guided instructions and letting me give up when I thought for sure it was gonna take some type of miracle accurately understand what the credit bureau's are saying.
