This is the 3rd time we have turned to Will and his team for our VA home loans. Every time the communication between us and his team was nothing short than superb! Overall the team did a great job in delivering top notch service. The only hiccup throughout the process is that documents I signed for Veterans United disappeared from my portal and I was unable to view them once signed. I think there should be a section where you can view completed documents and not edit them, so you're able to keep track of things as you go. Other than that, the process went extremely well without any hiccups.
