There is a really good reason why I have purchased three homes through Veterans United. They make the process very easy. When I told my realtor what rate I was able to secure, he was shocked. I can’t imagine a better homebuying experience anywhere else, especially with Josh Schultz as my loan officer.

I have bought 4 houses, this one being my fourth. I was not happy with the policies in place. I had to pay to lock in my interest rate. If I wasn’t invested in the house I purchased, I would have went with another company. I paid a lot more at closing than any other house. I have received offers from companies that wanted to pay me to use them. I don’t ever remember paying my own VA appraisal fee. The team was good to me, but when I had questions I was told this is how this company does business. I don’t want to do business like this again. I do plan to purchase houses in the future, but I will not go with this company again.

I can't compliment Kayla Humphrey enough. As our loan coordinator she was quick to respond, gave clear responses and helped us interpret what we were doing and needed to do, all within her lane. She was a pleasure to work with.

Thanks to all who helped make this happen!

The VA Home loans will go to bat for us veterans they never gave up on us & fought for every penny to save I should know my case was unusual seeing how I live in Texas & complications entered into my house buying so we missed our closing date but didn’t lose hope well I kinda did but adding my father to the loan as a co borrow as he was a veteran too we were able to close our house deal a week & a day later & now we have the keys to our home!!!! Thank you for everything & understanding & putting up with my attitude at times i frustrated

The entire process was great besides the appraisal process. Apparently the VA appraisal person was sick for a while and we had no idea and had no chance to look for a different appraisal person. He didn’t get his appraisal in till the week we were supposed to close. THEN the VA inspector called out some damage on a crawl space door. Then we went through the process of getting our home inspector to send in a letter saying that the crawl space door was fine. First they didn’t accept the letter. Then last min they accepted it on June 9th and said it wasn’t a problem but will pushed our closing date back. Which pushed our closing date from June 9th to June 20th. Which is beyond ridiculous.I will let anyone know if they have money to put down and do not need to use a VA loan to avoid it.

The check list of To-Do's was nice. It allowed me to gather information and submit it. I work night shift and my loan team understood this and emailed me questions so I could respond when I was awake.

From our first call to closing day we were treated like royalty. We couldn’t be happier with how smooth the whole loan process went for us. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately via email. Thank you so much for the outstanding service your whole team provided!! Definitely would recommend to any family or friends!

I highly recommend Veterans united for all your home buying projects. Great experience.

I chose Veterans United based on recommendations from close friends. Boy am I glad I did! My experience couldn’t possibly have been better. I’m absolutely baffled at how efficient and pleasant the whole process was. Every single person I worked with was so helpful, knowledgeable and just an overall delight to work with. My loan coordinator Mallory Fuller is an absolute certified, bonafide, heavy metal rock star at what she does! So informative, so efficient, so caring. Customer service is alive and well at Veterans United and they now have a customer for life!

It was a great pleasure working with Chase Lee and his Team.

Verterans United Home LoansYOUR OUTSTANDING!!!

Amazing service. They really made the transaction easy!

When I say I can’t compare to others that experience the hard ongoing headache of that long stressful home buying process. I enjoyed my very short process. I always had a helping hand along the way that basically did everything for me. I am forever grateful this team got me my first home.

Thank you for making this a memorable and positive experience! It has been nothing but excellent services provided by my Veterans United Team!

Veterans United was really great to work with. My real estate agent Candy Ferrer is an absolute gem. My loan officer Benjamin Pritchard might be the best guy working for you, so I'll reiterate- give this man a raise, a bonus, and a promotion.Everything went well and I got a beautiful home. I'm really happy about how everything went.My minor critical feedback: I'm not sure what my "Home Buying Concierge" was even supposed to do for me? Pretty much just told me I should setup my utilities and plan my moving truck... It was some extra phone calls that I did not need and to be honest since I work for a big tech company, listen Veterans United, replace these folks with ChatGPT and automated email and call it good to go. Same goes for the woman from Veterans United who reached out with bad homeowners insurance information... Just create an automated insurance information email with how to get an independent agent and boom there you go.
