I would suggest… better initial response. Better interactions with the actual loan offer. It wasn’t until I talked to another company that VU became interested in assisting us. And yes I moved this transaction along very quickly; Janaire was a SAINT in assisting me! She was the star of our refinance! She called every step of the way after I requested it. I had many questions and she helped every time.

WOW!!!!! I don't know where to start!!!! We put a contract on the home of our dreams on March 18th ....April 18th we were in closing!!!!! I still can’t believe how easy Veterans United made this process. We closed on our home in just a matter of weeks.
