When I decided to purchase a home, I initially contacted Navy Federal Credit Union. No knock on them, but I didn’t feel comfortable. It felt very commercial. When I contacted Veterans United it was a totally different feeling. It felt like home. It felt right. I am so glad that I chose Veterans United for my home purchase. Great team through and through. I didn’t go into the process with high hopes and they were able to put me in the house I wanted. VU was there from start to finish, no matter how many questions I had, no matter how many times I've bug my team for an update, or some clarifications.
