Moving across country in midsts of a pandemic, we were able to have something less to worry about as it was a smooth process thanks to the outstanding service Veteran United Home Loans provided.
From the very beginning of my home buying journey, Veteran's United was to notch. I received a nice surprise in the form of a welcome package with some swag. My loan officer made the pre-approval process easy. There was minimal documentation required and they were simple to upload. The team at Veterans United made themselves available after hours and even on weekends whenever I had a question or needed a cost sheet to submit an offer. It's a tough market for Veteran home buyers and even when it was recommended that I use a "local" lender instead of VU, I saw that VU's customer service was head and shoulders above the rest. Other lender's could not even come close the the money that VU saved me on closing costs. There were no last minute surprises or hidden costs. The realtors and title agent even commented at closing that they were very impressed with the VU team and that the communication was excellent. I'm so glad I chose Veterans United and highly recommend them!

Great rates! My closing company said my rate was the lowest they had seen. Very friendly and courteous staff. Although I didn’t really need it, the concierge service is great to offer as well to help with finding local utilities and services. My loan officer Dustin kept me informed and was always available and quick to return calls.
The “To Do” list is easy to use to upload documents.

I was wrong. The promptness of my Loan Officer and her team was impressive. The effectiveness of the communication system, their process, and the staff were nothing short of exceptional. This was not an easy home to buy given the current market conditions, but having this team from Veterans United made this experience substantially less painful.
