Well, shoot, I could write for quite a while about all the positives of working with Veterans United. This is our third time working with them, and even more this time, the system they use to take care of their customers served us so well!!! We are getting a little older, and the ease of going through the processes to reach the final destination of closing out our refinance/loan, well, it was so straightforward I just can’t say enough good about their processes and sequencing. Any Veteran or customer using Veterans United will be shocked at how well they just take on the mission, and get their clients to the finish line. I’ve been involved with some pretty sophisticated operations, and their operation is heads above the rest. Then they throw in the courtesy, professionalism, and a bunch of other just warm and kind ‘stuff,’ and you have a company that somehow transports you to a time long ago. A time when personal attention was truly a priority. It seems now, many businesses truly struggle to establish, and maintain these special relationships with their customers. Veterans United has somehow captured this magic of old, if you will. They are simply an amazing bunch of good people, who help people. And I just cannot say enough good about Team VU! Thanks guys!

I would recommend Veterans United Home Loans to anyone looking to purchase their home. The whole team was great to work with and they answered all my questions. The process was quick and easy. I did not have any problems with anything. It was easy breezy
Throughout the entire process veterans united and every member that i had contact with was more helpful than i could have ever hoped for. They would call even when we had everything completed just to check in on us and ask how we are feeling and if there was anything they could do for us. If it would be possible to rate them higher than a 10 I would, and I will recommend Veterans United to all my friends who are going to purchase a house in the future!

The whole Veteran's United team was amazing to work with. They knew my husband and I had very busy schedules and made the home buying process so smooth. It was apparent that they wanted the best outcome for our family and not just closing a deal. They even sent us chicken feed and gardening supplies as a welcome home gift after I mentioned how excited we were to move to the country and have a little farm. It was so thoughtful and genuine. I’m a first time Veteran home buyer and couldn’t get a better interest rate from you after repeatedly questioning why it was so high. I was charged a high percent for the VA funding fee. I haven’t made a first payment and my loan is now being transferred to a different company. I just expected to be taken care of better by a a company that touts how they work for Veterans. I will be refinancing this loan as soon as I possibly can. As a Veteran, a nurse and working for the VA I wasn’t given the best deal. I put so much trust in you guys that I never shopped for a better rate. I was told that it wasn’t a permanent rate in the beginning and it never went down.
