Reaching out to Veterans United was the best decision that me and my family could have made during this process. Within minutes of requesting a quote I was contacted by Dava, our Veterans United loan officer. She helped me get the rest of my application together and within 30 minutes had us pre-approved for the amount that we requested so that we could start the search for our first home. Shortly after that I was contacted by Ben, our home buying concierge. He set us up with a local realtor who specialized in VA loans, and we were able to start looking at houses that same day. Never in the history of my short life have I ever not been a panicky person so when I say that this team, especially Mr. Glenn Leach, brought me so much reassurance and calmness throughout the process even when things went a little wonky, believe that he must indeed be the absolute best.
