As someone who thoroughly researches everything, I was skeptical as first of how highly people spoke of veterans United loans. I also read a lot of bad reviews as well written by some. I can honestly say all of the positive remarks was my exact experience with Veterans United. I couldn’t have asked for a better loan team to guide me as a first time home buyer. Thinking back on bad reviews from others, I can honestly say it was probably due to their lack of understanding of obtaining a mortgage loan. The process was actual quite simple as long as you fulfill your obligations in producing the right paperwork .

Outstanding group of folks, the home buying experience was definitely made perfect by everyone involved at Vetrans United. Everyone always made themselves available to me, which is huge when I personally knew nothing about buying a home.

Shawnee, Marianne, and Rhiannon went over and beyond for me, communicated well & were with me through the entire buying process. If I am going to purchase a home again or recommend a team I am going to ask for the same team I had. It is impossible to finish my review, without mentioning Desi. She was a very key member of this purchase. She is not only very professional, but she is very patient. A very strong point for older fellas like me. Frustrated with finding certain paperwork, I would call her and explain, she would ask a few questions and say "don't worry about it I'll get it". She has a soft voice, strong determination, and no nonsense about her. I would consider her an asset to any team. If any of my fellow vets think about buying a home, I would gladly tell them about Veterans United, and stand by it.
Shout out to Brad!!! (because he wasn’t an option on here). I love that he was also a veteran so I feel like we bonded over that even if it was over phone calls.
