Veterans united popped up as an ad choice while I was casually looking at houses. I had not heard of them prior to that moment. I yook a little gamble and said "sure I'll give you a little info, you give me the info I need." Within 10 minutes I was talking to Zack about my goals abd he immediately helped me set some things up and look at the tools VU provides. VU is what you want in a home buying experience.
Veterans United and our realtor Amber Rainey went above and beyond to see that my brother and I qualified for a home loan, it was quite a process. The entire team went to the end of the world to get us in a new house.

I’m surprised that it all went so well. At times I was expecting rejection because of a history of the credit with the first VA home but I made. Then I would get the word to move forward to the next phase.

All in all it was a pretty easy and pain free process, only thing I’d say needs work is communication from the underwriters to the team.
