To be totally honest this was my wife and I’s first experience buying a home and we couldn’t have been any happier with who we chose to work with. Veterans United went above and beyond to make you feel as though your family and the dream of buying a home were of the utmost importance to them. They never missed a beat! Communication as a whole, from all the team members, was nothing less than excellent and seamless as far as working with one member to another. They stayed on top of everything all along the way until the very end and even still made sure we were okay after.
One day you may get a random box in the mail like we did, we had no clue what it was just that it came from Veterans United. So my wife and I open it together and find that the entire team got together to get us a gift, personal etched glasses for our family to use in our first home. They had written a really meaningful message wishing us the best and so to say that we’re happy and thankful for all they’ve done for us is simply not enough. Hands down the best, if you’re a Veteran looking to buy a home then you need to speak with Veterans United!!!

As a first time home buyer, I was reluctant to go with a national company to handle my financing, but they alleviated all my fears. Although Veterans United is a large company, they made my family feel important and we got the same service a smaller, more intimate company in our city would have provided. Veterans United answered all of our questions and assisted us every step of the home buying process. We are thrilled with our new home and can’t thank VU enough for helping us achieve our goals of owning our forever home.
