I loved ability to e-sign documents and the to do list that helped tremendously in keeping up. Closing was a lot easier because most of the documents were already signed. Overall, I am extremely happy with the team that I was working with in all aspects, from putting up with my incessant questions and explaining how everything worked in excruciating detail until I finally understood it, to streamlining the processes to close as quickly as possible, and having an agent who was super aggressive in helping me find a place to call my own. Every one of them worked above and beyond for me God sent me angels and they didn't stop until everything was accomplished.
