What can one say. The entire team "Rock Stars"! I knew what to expect the entire process and the ability to text the team to get information and updates is a nice feature as well. An organization has to have faith and empower professionals to do the job making the best decisions for the organizations and the customer. When the customer feels they have received good service, product and walk away happy and the organization has met the goals with the customer it is a win for everyone. This is not achieved with customer after customer without inspired people who make up a unified team.
I’d like to add that Suzann Richardson was very pleasant to work with as well. She kept me up to date on my “to-do’s” and was quick to communicate any changes.
