Overall I couldn’t have asked for more. VU had made a difficult process simple.

Between the lack of communication, missing our car payment, missing details, causing us to use our savings to pay off a car, what appeared to be avoiding calls and texts during certain situations, the referral reators that made us miss offers because we seemed less important, the severe delay In closing, having our first payment barely 33 days after closing not even giving us a respectable 45 days (9/1 payment) , having to take off work many days after just returning from deployment. And over all the way we were treated, we would never recommend. This was a horrendous horrible process. We lost our house in a flood in 2017, and this was more traumatic.
