I felt as they had my back the whole time. They were patient with me and always available when I asked questions. Sometimes the questions were answered on off hours or weekends when I knew they weren't at work. I appreciated their dedication and promptness in responding to my concerns.

Matt and his team were amazing during our home loan process. They kept us updated and worked with us every step through the process. Even when our well water test was 2 days over and we had to get a new one they understood the frustration we had but at least we were able to get the new test completed and rather quickly. Even with my slightly complex financial situation with being a military widow, being self-employed and some other intricacies---we still managed to close on time, within about 30 days. I did not think it was possible but it all worked out.
