Seth and Nico were phenomenal. Seth was particularly impressive in his responsiveness — always quick to answer my questions and ensure communication was seamless. This is especially noteworthy given that they're based in Missouri while I'm in California. Despite the time difference, he always made time for me; I even think at one time he took my call in the middle of his kid's soccer game. What I appreciated most was that they stayed on top of everything and clearly worked hard to push my case forward, regardless of whatever Sir Murphy threw their way.
Couldn't have asked for a better loan consultant or better one to work with he made sure it all went smoothly even when the crap hit the fan at the end with our buyers loan, he got us through and kept us updated every step of the way...
