To the team at Veterans United, thank you for making the home buying process easy. Moving in the military is tough enough as it is but the process at VU was very streamlined and well explained. The portal was easy to navigate and communicating with the team was simple thru text and emails. Too many good things to say but I will definitely recommend.
This was my first home and the team that was assigned to me was so helpful and for sure made this process as easy as this process I could imagine being. A lot of great communication and people who genuinely gave us all they could offer in this process. If I ever have to do it again I for sure would want the same team because they have more than earned my trust and apprecitation.

The thought of buying my first home was scary and stressful. I want to start off my saying that the whole Veterans United team my husband and I worked with is amazing. From beginning to end they all helped to make this process almost easy! And let me add that they kept things moving quickly at all times. They were on top of everything! They were always available and willing to answer my questions. And I always had questions! Moya is a great loan officer. She worked with us to help us purchase the home we had our heart set on. Guy, the real estate agent, found us the perfect home for our little family. At one point in the process, I was about to give up on buying a home, but Guy was there to keep us motivated and steered us in the right direction. I need to mention Andrew! Andrew guided me through the underwriting process. That was a part of the process I was a bit intimidated by, but Andrew was there to answer all my questions and guide me until we were approved for closing. Alisca also did a great job providing us with resources to make the moving transition easier. And to top it off, everyone is so nice and are always willing to help. My husband and I would definitely recommend Veterans United to another veteran. We are very happy with how the process went and are ready to enjoy our new home.
As I mentioned earlier, the entire process went very smooth and very quick. The whole team was outstanding and they got me into a house in under a month. Furthermore, I felt that everyone genuinely looked out for my wellbeing and I didn’t feel pressured into something I didn’t want. I will recommend Veterans United to other Veterans.
