VU's staff was very helpful and easy to work with. Sad that I 100% believe I found my forever home and won't be able to work with Mr. Kugle. But If the stars align and it's time to buy again, I'm only working with VU.

I was so pleased with the attention my team gave me to every detail of buying this home. Although this was not my first home purchase over the years, this has definitely been the smoothest process I have experienced. From start to finish. Veteran's United worked with us on journey to home ownership. Without them we would still be renting. The team listened to our every need and even sent a get well package during my wife's illness and sympathy package when she lost her Aunt. The VU team really became an extended family to us. I’m very thankful for the Veterans United team. They really don’t need a commercial because their commitment to customers speaks for itself. I don’t think we got the lowest or best interest rate. Customer service was mediocre at best. I was constantly calling trying to pull information as opposed to Jon and Kayla offering before I asked. This was THE MOST difficult process we’ve ever had to endure when buying a home. We will never use this company again and have shared our opinion with our family, friends and the public on social media. The loan officer was not working to get the best deal for the family, not out to help a family understand the veterans united process nor did he provide information of things we did not know, because WE DONT KNOW WHAT WE DONT KNOW. We are not the subject matter experts in getting a home loan. I know WE DID NOT get the best loan rate we could have. Kayla was hard to reach, my realtor and I had to call her several times, we went back and forth to many times. My realtor even stated that this was the most difficult process she’s ever seen.

Coming into buying a house, I was like a lost puppy that honestly never thought I’d get approved. Everyone on the veterans United team broke their back at every step to make the process as simple as possible. I can’t leave out Anthony Tewogbade, he also did anything he could to help me anytime I needed it. They make the process so simple and smooth. Thank you!


Overall the experience was good. I feel like it took longer than it should and still do not understand why closing on both properties the same day was not an option. Luckily we were able to work it out and had an extra day in our old house.


Process near flawless. A couple small hiccups but never had concern. I couldn’t believe how smooth the process was.
