The whole process was bumpy at times due to third parties involved in the closing process. But Veterans United kept the communication going with outstanding professionalism and patience. They also contributed additional information in regards what the Veterans Affairs Department can offer in tax benefits and other special programs.

The last time I purchased with Veterans United, they sold my mortgage to Freedom Mortgage, who was extremely pushy, rude, and had abusive sales practices. Even after telling them to stop sales calls, they continued.Veterans United was a blast to work with on my last loan as well as this one. I just hope my loan stays with Veterans United.
The market as volatile as it is, led me to consider homeownership on and off for a year or so. I had been in touch with the Veterans United team throughout to keep my options open. When the time was right, I got in touch with Veterans United, and presto a renter to an owner in the blink of an eye. As it stands, it was so serendipitous that it felt to me it felt like homeownership 2.0, the new way to become an owner. I would say that it echoes the sentiment of the post-pandemic era, buy a home online and pick it up in place. I went from renting to homeownership in the blink of an eye. I could not believe how smoothly it went. The Veterans United team and I had agreed on a closing date, but the date would have kept me and my family living in a hotel for about a week. However, the Veterans United team made it so that I went from vacating my renting quarters and occupying my new home with no break in between. My experience was nothing short of amazing. If I could give Veterans United 100 stars, I would. Thank you for making the dream come true.

One of easiest things I have ever done
This was my first time purchasing a house and going through that whole process. I didn't know what to expect, but I know everything went so smoothly and everything was so easy.
The whole team at Veterans United did an amazing job. The got us through this process and even though we had jump through a lot of hoops to get there they were right beside us making sure we got everything done in a timely manner. Even our real estate agent said she was impressed with the team we had.
