Progress was really smooth and easy. I did stress a bit since it’s my first time buying a home and going through the process. Once it was all said and done I realized I was worrying for no reason as it was way easier than expected.

My Veterans United has to be hands down the safest place to purchase your home. The aftercare upon purchase is unbelievable. If they tell you what maybe available in the future . They'll actually follow up and provide the offer when it is available.
The moving team prepared me for my utilities & entertainment. They were always pleasant to talk with. I recommend you use their services. Jess was so amazing to work with.She answered all my questions from the beginning to the end no matter what the question was. I really enjoyed the video Jess sent me letting me know I have the final approval & clear to close. It was nice seeing a live face. lol! The team assisted me as well. They were all amazing! I didn’t think I qualified but I had nothing but positive results. I will always recommend VU to all my fellow veterans interested in buying a home.
Clint was available instantly. We didn’t have an appointment but he got us right in and started and recommended an amazing realtor. He made the process so easy. I would recommend this group to everyone.
Everything went well. The only thing that was frustrating was so many emails from people working on it but did not have vetersnsunited email addresses. It was hard to determine if someone was trying to scam me.
My only issue came with closing costs, the first time I bought through VU there were none. This time our closing costs were 8k.
If you have doubts about using Veterans United, don't! If you're a new home buyer and new to this experience, they will guide you and help you through the process. This was my first time buying a house and I'm so glad I went with Veterans United. The process was so smooth. I always felt up to speed with what was going on with my loan process. My loan team was always on point and there to help. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'll be using Veterans United and my loan team in the future if I need too!!! I like the overall experience it was good to have a step-by-step preview of the homebuying process before it happens.
Only thing I would say that there should be a little bit more push and emphasis on the important things in the to do list, because veterans tendd procrastinate on the things that are in the size of importance
