Their communication and dedication truly went above and beyond, and I genuinely appreciate all the hard work they put in to make this experience successful. Absolutely fantastic team to work with, made the process beyond easy.

Fairly easy process. All members of the team that was assigned to me were readily available and answered all questions. I got the best rate from them.

I was told that I would get $1,400 back from refinancing only got back $400 so I was misled and unhappy with my agent
Response from Veterans United
Hey Burney,
I’m really sorry to hear this experience left you feeling frustrated and unhappy. I can understand how disappointing it would be if the amount you expected back from your refinance didn’t match what you ultimately received.
Oftentimes with a refinance, borrowers may receive a separate escrow refund from their previous mortgage servicer in addition to the funds associated with the new loan. Even so, I understand how important it is for expectations and details to be communicated clearly throughout the process, and I’m sorry this experience left you feeling misled.
I’d be happy to look into this further and review your experience in more detail. If you’re open to it, please reach out to our Client Advocate team at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com. The Client Advocate team is available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday. If you contact us outside those hours, we’ll typically respond the next business day.
Sincerely,
Claire S., Client Relations Manager

From my experience purchasing a home can be a very stressful process, however, this team made the experience smooth, professional and reassuring from start to finish.

This is a wonderful organization and would give it a 10. Will recommend it to everyone we know who needs help. Give Veterans United a call and let their team help you through an easy transition of buying your new home. My team was awesome, they help us dot all of our "i" and cross all of our "t" which made it very easy for my wife and me. Great shout to Mike Patzius and his team.

The whole team, Zach and Ashlyn, were very helpful answering all of our questions and wonderful to work with.

Stephanie and her team was a wonderful and great support team. Best possible service and +A recommendation to Stephanie, Victoria, and Mrs Benson

I was very satisfied with the speed and knowledge of the team at veterans United. There was an unusual situation with me as the Home had a solar lease. As far as I’m concerned, they figured it out and it didn’t hold up my closing and I was really impressed. Again I can’t thank them enough.

Just do what they tell you and you will. Get your dream home. Thank you for getting me here I am the happiest that I have ever been and veterans united did way more for me than probably anybody else that they helped in am not that good with today's technology, but they guided me thru it. And made it easier for me to do what I needed to carry on thank you very much.

Top notch professionalism. Top to bottom outstanding service by everyone involved. Highly recommend!

Any service named "Veteran" or associated with the VA, RUN, don't walk, in the opposite direction.
It was shameful, the hoops they made us jump through and the frustration trying to get a home for my father to enjoy before he dies. And, STILL, as we were driving to close on the house, ANOTHER problem. We were worried until the very end.
Stay away unless you can handle mountains of stress!

Shawn Workman and his team were the best! He was there to answer any question I had.The underwriters on the other hand. Why ask me to explain something, then ask for proof of the explanation? Just ask for the proof to begin with. And you would expect an underwriter for a VA home loan to know what documents are available on va.gov.
