Small mentions & attention to details like receiving email notifications a day or two after the action requested/mentioned in the email had already been done or discussed, and repeated requests for the correction of our names; even our last which would be correct for one of us, yet not the other.However, corrections were made, seemingly everyone works well together to make Veterans and their families feel important, appreciated and their service valued enough to cover an big part of home ownership expenses.
