I was a bit thrown off when I kept getting 'kicked down the road' to different people throughout the process. I thought Eli was going to be MY MAIN GUY the entire time, which he was there to help out, but depending on which 'stage' of the process I was in determined on 'who I was working with'......
.....THAT got a bit confusing.Lastly, I kinda felt like "the numbers" I was given before, and during the process of purchasing a house....were always too low compared to what they actually were.I know numbers change and all....but some of them just felt like it was more to 'lure me in' AND THEN hook me with the real numbers....lol.OVERALL THOUGH, I had a FANTASTIC experience with the purchasing process and LOVED the help I received.....I literally couldn't have done it with Veterans United and the team I was assigned.

Overall, working with Veterans United to buy a home feel was really good experience. The entire team kept things flowing smoothly and were really helpful by always being readily available for all the questions and concerns that I had. As a team, everyone helped to minimize my anxiety about the home buying process and helped to keep me from being overwhelmed by it all.

I just want to say thanks to Jamie and the rest of the team because they may not know but i struggled for months to even find a good lender and overall I’m happy to say Jamie helped my dreams become reality when buying my first home.
It was my first solo home buying experience. To say it was a good experience would be a lie. I won’t go too much into detail, and I’m not sure how much of it was to do with the lender itself. But no part of the process was easy. None of it was fun, or calming , or reassuring.
