VU was great! Very timely with communication and kept me involved the loop with what was going on at each step. They explained all the legal jargon into normal language to where I could understand it and were very personable. I’d recommend VU to anybody who’d like an efficient home buying process.

Locking in loan options and underwriting speed could be improved. Market volatility greatly impacted the process and it would be innovative for Veterans United to make it possible to lock or shield during volatility.
