Was pretty good over all. Veterans insurance not so good. Was literally told that to get homeowners insurance I had to move my auto insurance too. Then when I informed the guy that I had already secured home owners insurance quotes and let him know how much my new premium would be, he said he could not beat that premium. I decided to let him check on auto insurance rates for me and he gave me the same monthly amount that I had already been quoted directly from progressive but wanted $150.00 more down to start the coverage that what I had been quoted directly from progressive. Between those two things I was left with a bad impression of Veterans United insurance. Everything else with Veterans United went great.
Don’t pick anyone else but this team. The Perfect team to achieve your goals. Andy and his team are absolutely amazing. Answered my questions with so much detail and helped me through the process making it super easy to understand. I would recommend them to anyone I possibly can to receive perfect service

Hello, let me just say. I had tried many times as a 100% connected veteran in the past to get qualified through other loan officers, without any luck. When I met Brandon, he made me feel confident, he made me feel immediately as though I could actually get qualified by just following what it is he tells me to do. For that reason, I followed his advice and now my wife and I are now in a home after years of trying to get qualified. Brandon, and his team are the best lender team I have ever come across. Always there when I had a question, never left me alone, they worked hard to give us the best loan possible. My wife and I are sincerely grateful for all they have done to make our dream come true. As a first time homebuyer I had plenty of questions. Rob took the time to explain the entire process to me and continued to keep me informed of any progress throughout the loan lifecycle.Veterans United also provided me with a realtor referral, Jason Todd. Jason Todd and his team were fantastic. I enjoyed working with them so much, I am referring my parents over to him to find their new home.In addition to all of the above, Veterans United provided a loan concierge of sorts that would frequently check in on me to make sure everything was moving along smoothly.
