The team was very helpful and shared their experiences throughout the process.

Chris and Joel were outstanding, everything i had a Task to do they were right there every step of the way to walk me thru this! This was my first home purchase and honestly it was all very smooth! Will use them again! Thank you team for everything you did for my family.

Loan Coordinator Anna Barton was amazing!! Very helpful and knowledgeable!! Also, very personable, made me feel like I was her only client any time I spoke with her. It's awesome to be able to actually feel like part of the Veteran's United Family!!

My 3rd house that I have used VU and have always been provided excellent service. I recommend them highly

Communication on what military documents was needed was not made clear until it was to late. I had to switch to a conventional loan.
At the closing there was a glitch about the requirements to wire money to the title company. I asked Nikki and Steve on what was going to be needed on the day of closing and how to be ready. They did not provide that guidance. On the day of closing I was unable to wire money from my bank because I was not prepared. My bank will not do wire transfers on line. I did not know this because did not know to ask the question. I had to drive 3 hours to a bank branch on the day of closing to do an in person wire transfer. Not to mention it was me who was able to research and discover how to resolve the issue. I felt very alone, disappointed, and worried at the closing.

It’s unbelievable. Our first home purchase went pretty smooth thanks again.

To be honest I was nervous and scared about buying my first home. But speaking with Veterans United Home Loan made me feel more comfortable. They assured me that they had the best intentions for me. I had a great experience with them and I’ll definitely recommend them to my other brothers and sisters in the arms service.

I appreciate everyone who was apart of the process and helped me along the way. This was a very smooth and fast process. Nothing I would change about how everything went. Thank you everyone!

This process and this team were absolutely outstanding. As soon as we found the house, we were looking for they help take control and led us to the finish line. I can only offer my highest praises for this team and my utmost gratitude for everything they have done. Thank you all so very very much.

As a first time buyer, I can’t imagine the process being made smoother or easier. Great job, and thanks to Veterans United for all you do for veterans!

I had previously worked with VU during a recent purchase that fell through. I had a horrible experience with a different real estate agent KayCee Del Valle. She tried to railroad the process and eventually blamed me for cancelling the contract. She also attempted to keep my earnest money. But after I reported her to the state realty commission my earnest deposit was partially refunded. She however kept my due diligence deposit. I will formally report her actions to the state of North Carolina in hopes that her license will be either revoked or suspended. The house she was attempting to sell has mold and is not structurally sound. She lied about every aspect of the sale and condition of the home along with the responsibilities of a broker.

Just so thankful to you ALL...and MUCH blessings to you ALL during the holidays.

Our first time home buying process was literally as perfect as it could be. Everyone was super informative, answered all of our questions, and was there with us every step of the way. We loved their enthusiasm and how detailed they were when it came to inspections, the process and what would happen afterwards. We are incredibly grateful for our team and will absolutely recommend them to everyone.

Veterans United was great to work with and would recommend them to friends and family. Was very appreciative of the fellow coworker that recommended VU to myself. I do hope my loan stays with VU throughout the life of the loan and isn’t pushed to a secondary entity.
