I spent a year working on my own, trying to find my first house, navigate the finances, and save for the eventual closing. I kept hitting wall, after wall. I think I heard the word, "no" more than I ever had. All the while I was convinced that answer didn't quite add up. Without the right knowledge, I just had to accept whatever answer was given. Finally, Katy and her team got me on the right track, and I finally got the real answers and my new home.
