I received all the attention and assistance I needed, plus they went above and beyond. I was told what to expect every step of the way, and that really made the whole process smooth. My loan officer, homebuying concierge, and real estate agent were all professional and personable. I cannot think of anything they could do to improve--my experience was simply excellent!

Veteran’s United are experienced in military moves and transitions. Their staff was educated on VA loan requirements and ensured that our transition to our new duty station would be as smooth as possible. From actually buying the home to lining up our utilities to getting discounts on our insurance - they helped us do it all.
Was a smooth and easy process. All options were laid out clearly and the team was always communicating. Was very happy with the process and overall experience.
Based on the slow communication and lack of transparency and urgency in the process, I did not feel valued as a customer and would not recommend Veterans United.
