They did good but really dropped the ball at the end I spoke to a manager at veterans united and I was being blamed for not communicating between them and the title complaint because I didn’t have a realtor, when I was never informed that was my job to do so. Almost causes my rate to go up. Other than that I had no issues. Other than the strictness Off the process to get this loan.

Everyone was great, the reason I rated a 6 was because I was initially told I could close without any issue without selling my house in Virginia. Then the underwriter said I had to sell the house in order to close. I know I lost out on quite a bit of money because of that.

This is the second time I’ve worked with Ross and his team and both times have been en exceptionally pleasant experience! I highly recommend Ross Pierson and his team! The only reason I gave 9 stars instead of 10 is because no matter how good someone is at something, it’s my belief that there is always room for improvement somewhere. That being said…Ross and his team are among the best out there!
