This was my second time doing business with Veterans united and my loan officer Evan. I must say I had a great experience both times. Evan and his team were very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. A little mishap was finding out about the 2nd tier entitlement cost just days before closing. I wish I had known about that fee sooner in the process.Nevertheless, I would definitely work with and recommend Veterans United to my fellow veteran friends.
I will always use Veterans United
Thanks team Veterans United!
We started this purchase with KYLE about a year and a half ago. He was very patient as we put our purchase on hold last year. He has been extremely patient with all of my questions, as well as very informative. KYLE is very professional and what he does. And when Beth came on board, she was a delight to work with. She was also very patient with all of my questions. And very professional. I can’t say enough about KYLE and Beth. They are both quite an asset to your company.
Sincerely, Debbie Blakley
Overall we had a good experience with VU, we bought and sold our home with their team and will be using their services for our next potential purchase!
Everyone made the process so easy, I felt like the one that was being difficult. GOOD JOB EVERYONE!!!
Being first time home buyers, my wife and I are absolutely thrilled and thankful to have Veterans United by our side during this whole process, not only did they go above and beyond to work with us, but they also went above and beyond to advocate on our behalf, with things that we did not understand. I 100% would recommend Veterans United Home Loans to any and all Vets. The entire team that worked with us was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have heard horror stories of dealing with loan individuals in the past, but I absolutely can say that I didn’t even get the inkling of fear while dealing with this entire process. Thanks to Veterans United.
My issue was the lack of communication. We were told we needed to have certain documents by a certain time in order to meet our scheduled signing date. All documents were performed in a timely
Manner and as quickly as possible. Once this was done there were times where we would hear nothing back from our loan team for hours even days and then we would be told we need more information. Again, not the problem. Come to find out our signing date had changed and nobody had told us. We found out from our real estate liaison (Keri) that they had pushed the signing date to another day and nobody from our loan team had told us. I understand there is a lot of information needed but the communication needs a lot of work. We would’ve like to have known what was going on in a timely manner.
Great company to work with, especially since I wasn't using a realtor. If the seller hadn't dropped the ball, we would have closed in less than 30 days.
Ready to see for yourself?
Experience first-hand why 322,348 homeowners give us a perfect score!
Thanks to all team members for a smooth move.
Julia and her team did an excellent job through the whole process. We had a few obstacles we had to overcome and I truly believe if it wasn't for the work Julia did for me I don't know if we would have gotten the loan completed. Everybody was super professional and I couldn't ask for a better loan agent.
Eric and his team were all the way across the board just amazing! Thank you to everyone for making this VERY stressful time in my life that much easier.
Any active duty or veteran that wants to buy a home, if they don’t go through Veterans United, their home buying process is going to be stressful. I’ve bought homes before and was usually frustrated because I had no idea where I was at in the process. I had no idea really who to talk to if I had questions. Veterans United made contact with me almost every other day just to make sure I knew what was going on and if I needed to complete something. Not only did they communicate, they were kind and caring. They were genuinely excited for me and my family. They are literally the Chic-Fi-Le of home loan companies. They were always so happy and really fun to talk to making this whole process enjoyable. They even sent my newborn daughter a cute little blanket and sent my family a monopoly game for the new house. Home buying is like buying a car. It’s exciting and all but the process to get big items like a house is never enjoyable, but it really was with Veterans United. Nothing but a great experience!
Jay was outstanding to work with. Anytime I needed him or anything he was there. Jay went above and beyond to get this done. He is well knowledgeable about his job. If he couldn't answer it right then he would search and get the answer for me. I would highly recommend Jay Christmas to work with at Veterans United.
