Over the 7 month process of purchasing my home almost everything that could go wrong did go wrong during the renovation and it was an extremely depressing and devastating time spiritually emotionally and physically. The team at Veterans United was the bright spot in the whole process. They listened they understood and they took action to help at every Point possible to make their side of the process Pleasant.
The little things to close on the house to me was very small and to me meaningless such as for me to paint a window to close. Other than that being a very small negative the communication was great! Being able to speak with Katie and Jacob whenever I had a question was a relief. They always kept me up to date on what I needed to get done and what was next for the closing process. Super friendly and always professional.
Everything was great accept for the website. Every time I returned to the site I had to say I forgot my password to log back in.

I really appreciate VU because again, not once did I feel like just another number / client for them. It felt like the entire team worked to ensure I was in the right home for me and wanted to make things as easy as possible. I couldn’t be happy with my entire experience and feel beyond fortunate because I have heard horror stories about other lenders.
