The VA did not explain anything, did not even keep in contact about what was going on or needed. Talked to the realtor more than anyone and he explained everything to me perfectly

Veterans united was and is the way to go if you’re looking for a home. They have all the resources to get you your home
Please understand that we are Veterans with PTSD and the underwriter has to take in consideration that Veterans have memory issues so when we make a mistake on dates, we should not be judged like we are lying. That is my only complaint. The rest of the services was awesome.
I would say for the first time buying a house that our experience was amazing. We heard horror stories from other people about the process and were nervous the entire time. Our entire team walked us through step by step and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. 100/100 fully recommend them.
I had to switch lenders in the middle of the home buying process and that only gave us 2 weeks to close. Veterans united did everything they could to keep the original date, but unfortunately it was pushed back 1 week. They were the most amazing group I've worked with. I won't say the name of the other lender, but veterans united accomplished in 1 night what the other company took a month to do. So glad I switched to them I just should have done it sooner.
