the real estate agent was ok. we can tell however, that there was a language barrier. Didn't feel like English was her first language . Was not impressed with her method of finding a house for us. We asked for no HOA and all the listings she gave us was HOA. Felt like she was just plugging into a software that spits out houses instead of doing deeper dives into them that fits our requested needs. We ended up just using zillow to find our house.
Everything went off very well there were a few hiccups been none that stopped the process from continuing. My thanks to all.
Despite the hitches we hit with the loan system itself the team assigned to me did the best they could.
More research into services like ISP, cable TV, Fiber Optic service, really needs to have some more research before stating what is available. Chas told me that there were only 2 or 3 choices. My own research found about a dozen!!
Great experience overall! Excellent communication, keeping me a step ahead to close ahead of projected schedule.My only suggestion would be to allow any fees required to be added to the loan. That would make the process easier and less out of pocket for the veteran.
Please work with borrowers. We are definitely depend on you guys to provide/request documentation before deadline of home closing! This my first time home purchased and to be honest I had the worst experience so far! I would start this or with lender if I knew this stressful process

This was a messed up situation due to the seller's obstacles and not being able for my realtor to speak directly to the seller's realtor. She was always dealing with assistants. But other than that, all other requirements were met quickly and efficiently. Thanks for the great job on getting this loan through on time despite set backs.
