It seemed as if I had to jump through so many hoops to accomplish something. There was so many different issues that I feel like I caught myself, and If I didn't catch them, no one would have. Between information wrong on the underwriting, over charging me for appraisal, random "to-do's" that with any common sense could have been avoided. I think the problem is I worked with so many different people when realistically it could have been done by one. Though it was a rough process, everyone was very nice and Allie was always there to save the day.
