The biggest concern I had has nothing to do with Jermaine and his team. It is with the underwriters. Just when I thought I had everything uploaded, I would get another notice stating I need so and so. Then when I sent it, another notice stating I need so and so.Closing was delayed by 3 days which cost us $400 plus to stay at a hotel extra days.With all that said, the underwriters need to understand the client, then make sure the ask for all the documents needed instead, one document here, one document there, and so on.

The whole in house team did a great job, they were able to handle my questions and request in a timely manner. They also gave me updates via email and text message which was very helpful. Would recommend mend hands down.
Everyone on Rob Deleeuw’s team was amazing! We were able to purchase our home fast and efficiently even with the covid-19 pandemic in effect! We are thankful and grateful for Robs team and everyone that touched our home loan process!
