I was a little hesitant at first to get this done. I had other family matters going on at the time, but i also wanted to take advantage of the lower rates. I really appreciate the way my loan team explained everything and got the ball rolling. They made it such a smooth process and stress free undertaking for me. Anne and Erika were amazing!
