For national guards and reserves, the document required are DD214 and NGBG22 for Airforce and NGB23 for Army. Hopefully, helpful for someone. Pleas have the customer request all of that when giving the pre-approval letter to speed things up.
It was my first time buying a home and I had no one to walk me through the process or teach me anything but thanks to veterans United I had an easy time going through the process and it was easy on my finances. I would highly recommend to anyone new ti buying a home.

Amazing process!!! Love our home!
Communication was horrible throughout the process. My realtor and I both had a hard time getting updates. I found out information from my financial advisor that the team should have told me. The seller and I had to sign extensions to our purchase and sales agreement because it took so long. I was concerned that the seller was going to walk away from the sale because we couldn't get any information about what was going on or how long much longer it would take to get the loan approved. I will never work with Veterans United again and I will discourage everyone I know from using Veterans United.
