Great service and communication throughout the process
My Veteran’s United team was amazing to work with. They were so personal and attentive, always being there to promptly answer questions. I really enjoyed the ease of being able to text with them. When we had phone calls, they listened and were so kind. I highly recommend them!
Not only was I well served, I also found the web-portal easy to use. Uploading, viewing, signing documents was much easier than I expected. Much better than your typical "press one to continue" voice prompts. Lastly, the housewarming gifts they presented to me were thoughtful and unexpected. A fine memento to the occasion.
