2022 was a hard year for me. My husband passed away. The kids are grown. I was in Ohio and my family and support team were all states away in Missouri. I am so glad that I found Veterans United. This was by far the easiest AND the most pleasant experience. Everyone has been super helpful. They held my hand and walked me through the whole process. And when I closed on my home, they even sent my fur baby a welcome package full of dog treats and goodies.

You claim to care about veterans. I am dis appointed with the poor responses from the team. From my agent to the title company the team was allow to respond or completely unresponsive to calls, emails, questions. I wanted to set up my monthly payments to be paid biweekly. No discussion no offer. I had to check in often to see how rates were tracking. I am truly disappointed.
