Excellent refinancing experience, highly recommend for home buying or refinancing.
Everything went really well. The only thing I didn't like was the way interest rates were handled. Watching them go up a full point really hurt. I don't know why I could lock in earlier in the process. The last time I was involved in a transaction like the we were offered a lock in that if the rates improved we would get the better rate.

Overall positive experience. Some negatives being the initial Realator, also I was told someone would reach out to help rent my home out and this never happened, and the VU insurance was 550% what my current quote was. Overall a positive experience and quick turn around at the end.

The home I picked is lovely and closing was a breeze. Anyone else who goes through the process and stays within the guidelines will get lots of help. I particularly enjoyed some of the videos on the website which helped during the various stages of the process, especially when it came to closing. These people will work with you and make it work for you.
